Q?I am having a dinner party for a small number of guests, I presume you can help with this?
A.

We are here to help make your function a success. We can provide your cutlery, glassware and crockery for 200 guests or 20 it would be our pleasure.

Q?If I need a quote or would like to place an order. How would i do this?
A.

Please call us to tell us about your requirement and we will be happy to run through from quotation to order. Alternatively you can email us  info@hampshirecateringhire.co.uk

Q?What happens if I break something?
A.

Breakages are the responsibility of the hirer and therefore will be charged.

Q?When do you need payment?
A.

Normally 1 week prior to delivery. Full payment needs to be received prior to delivery

Q?How long is the hire period?
A.

The period of hire is generally from the Friday to the following Monday (the weekend) if extra days are required the hire period is per 24hrs. We are always happy to discuss any particular needs.

Q?Does the equipment need to be returned clean and dry?
A.

There is no need to wash up but we do require all food waste to be cleared/rinsed from the equipment so that it can be put through our cleaning service once collected. If excess food waste is left on the tableware we then have to make an extra charge.

Q?Does your service include delivery to and collection from the party/venue?
A.

We do deliver and collect as part of our service and a charge is applied and is stated on the quotation.
